Purchasing From Julie Mango
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement - below, without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered though this will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price.
Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
Your happiness is crucial to our success, so if you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your cost, in a saleable condition (this means unused and with all packaging in tact - we do not accept the return of CD, DVD or Videos unless they are faulty) within 14 days of purchase. Please call us for approval before returning any used goods. For larger items it may be more convenient for you if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on 01787 224040 to make arrangements. In the event of us collecting the goods a carriage charge of £6.50 including VAT will be deducted from the credit due to you. When returning goods be certain to include your own details.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Julie Mango reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavour to provide goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods for defects or damage as soon as you receive them and notify us as straight away if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.
Payment Options
Julie Mango accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and debit cards and uses a secure payment gateway. Payment can be made in £ Sterling. Cheques are also accepted and can be posted to us made payable to Prime Impact Events Ltd - please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for the cheque to be cleared.
Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order using our shopping basket system you will receive an E-Mail confirmation. Please check that the details within this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. You may also print your invoice at the end of the check out and can login in to your account to view previous invoices at a later date. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfill your order or part there of, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfill we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.
VAT & Duty
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT, at a rate of 15% (VAT No. GB676752489). VAT is added automatically in the shopping basket for UK & EU* customers. VAT will be deducted for orders placed from outside the EU. Local Taxes & Duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.
Non Delivery
Please inform us within 21 days of placing your order if the goods have not been delivered. Although we may still be able to trace your items after this time we will not consider claims for lost items after this period.
Canceling Your Contract
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and will require someone to be present when the courier comes.
If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. We require all cancellation requests in writing, within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods from us. Alternatively fax us on 01787 223535 or Email shopsales@juliemango.co.uk. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Direct Selling Regulation Complaince Information
The contract is entered into between ourselves at the point your payment is received and your order confirmed. The contract is made in English language only. Your contract/invoice will remain available online to you and will be accessible via your online account for a minimum of 6 months. If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed please do so by email or by phone immediately as most orders are sent the same day and once the goods have been sent additional carriage costs may be incurred.
