Inspirational Journeys Volume 1 is the 1st in what will become a guided meditation series of CDs.

This is actually released as a double CD for the same price as a single CD !

CD1 contains the 2 guided meditations (A Water Meditation and an Earth Meditation) whilst CD2 contains just the backing music from the meditations.

The backing music has been composed by Stephen Page ("Dolphin Ascensioin" & "Spiritual Oasis"), the original meditations written by spiritual retreat owner John Bellamy and narrated by Tony Davies.

We have been waiting for a long time for a high quality UK produced guided meditation CD and the wait has definitely been rewarded. This is an excellent release and is perfect for people looking for a guided meditation CD as well as therapists who will be able to make fantastic use of CD2 which contains over 63 minutes of absolutely blissfully relaxing music.
