Turmeric Herbal Capsules

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has been a traditional household item for centuries and is used as an effective anti-inflammatory agent for swollen and painful joints. It is considered to directly inhibit the enzymes that cause inflammation in the body and it is also believed to have significant antioxidant property. Whilst it is possible to increase the Turmeric level in your diet, large quantities would need to be consumed daily to meet a level consistent with that found in a supplement form.
